In-stock: If the title does not contain ‘Pre-order’ or ‘Pre-sale’, the item is ready to ship and will be processed immediately.

2. Mandatory Requirements for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept claims for quality-related issues or mistakes caused by our production or handling. To be eligible for any resolution, please provide following evidence: 

Unboxing Video: You must provide an unedited video showing the unopened package being opened and a clear inspection of the item's defect.

Time Limit: You must contact us at hello.nexostudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

3. Resolutions

Once your claim is verified, we offer the following options depending on situations:

Free Replacement: If we have stock, we can ship a new item to you at no additional cost.

Full Refund: If we do not have stock, we can issue a full or part refund to your original payment method.
